TAKING THE ANXIETY OUT

OF ACCIDENTS

FIRST THINGS FIRST
What To Do
  1. Give us a call! We’ll want to know who is at fault, which insurance company will be paying for the repairs, whether you’ve talked to the insurance company, and if they have come to review the damage.

  2. We’ll get you a fast, computerized estimate, answer any questions you have, and get your repairs scheduled.

  3. If the vehicle is not drivable, Hanley Auto Body offers towing services and can come pick you and your vehicle up at the site of the accident.

  4. We can also set you up with a free loaner vehicle* until the repairs are complete.

  5. Once we get approval from the insurance company, we’ll begin repairs, let you know how long it’ll take, and stay accessible for updates—call anytime!

  6. We’ll give you a call once everything is complete and not bill you until you come to pick it up.

Towing
NEED A PIC-ME-UP?

Hanley Auto Body offers comprehensive towing services during regular business hours. Give us a call, let us know where the broken-down vehicle is, and prepare for your knight in shining armor to arrive. We can give you a ride to our shop.

  1. Make sure everyone is okay! This is what’s most important.

  2. Call the police and/or 911 if needed.

  3. Be sure to take pictures of the damage before the vehicles are moved.

  4. Get the names and phone numbers of all parties involved.

  5. Even if it’s the other person’s fault, call your insurance company to report the accident.

  6. Write down how the accident happened, remembering to include the time, date, and weather conditions so when the insurance company calls to ask about the accident, you’ll have all your notes.

  7. Remember that YOU choose where your car gets fixed. Choose a shop you trust.
